It’s been a while since my last post, and things have been really moving at the shop lately. Alumni and Graduation weekends have come and gone, and local production is in full swing. For those who are interested, brix° is rolling out classic Spanish tapas on a few select evenings this summer. Late sunsets and hot weather are perfect backdrops for tapas dining and much care has been taken to recreate authentic tapas dishes. Join us May 30th and 31st as well as July 25th and 26th for brix° tapas nights.
Summer hours and closings will be happening as well. Beginning June 1st, brix° will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Wed. through Sat. Sunday brunch will be on vacation until Aug. 26th. We will be serving our small plates menu all day so that you can enjoy a great brix° meal for lunch or dinner. Also, we will be closed July 4th and July 18th to the 24th so the brix° family can spend time with their own families.
There will be plenty of vegetable adds this summer as local production comes in. And a new menu will be out…. sometime
