All of brix’s pork, beef raised by Broadview Ranch (http://www.broadviewranch.com/store/About-Broadview ) just outside of town is being processed by Donald’s, a small independent abbatoir located in town, where the processing of the lamb from Rich Davis( a local lamber and lawnmower repair guru) is also done.
