Hello there!

My name is Cindy and I am the owner of this website. I got into blogging a few years ago when my daughter showed me how to run a Tumblr. Since then, I have been an avid writer on the internet for a variety of things. Anyway, I have been in the restaurant business for a long time. I started out as a line cook in a small restaurant in Myrtle Beach. From there, I became a chef and cooked in kitchens all over the United States and Canada, including some large cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and Edmonton.

I’m interested in keeping this website up for those who think they have what it takes to open a restaurant. I know that the business is crazy and that the competition is fierce. However, I also believe that I have some tricks of the trade that can help those who are truly determined to come out on top.

This business is a very tricky one. There are so many nuances and little details that require your utmost attention. If you don’t, then your years of work could very well fall apart! Anyway, let’s not dwell on the negative stuff.
